• Enhancing and extending data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems. • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis. Data mining using state of the art methods that include: • Undertake to preprocess of structured and unstructured data. • Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns. • Combine models through ensemble modeling. • Design and implement data warehouses/data marts • Producing required statistical data and reports Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: • BSc. /BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is preferred. • 5+ years of work experience involving quantitative data analysis to problem-solving • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase. • Experience in data mining. • Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python. • Experience using business intelligence tools and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop) • Problem-solving aptitude • Excellent communication and presentation skills
