    Job Description Assistant Reservations Manager You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As an Assistant Reservations Manager you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive! Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 What you will be doing: Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system Oversee the reservation operations in behalf of the Director of Revenue Provide training and mentorship to new Reservations team member Prepare daily and weekly room occupancy reports for management Monitors the Agents' calls to ensure correct sales tactics are used and quality service is provided Ensures all sales and reservations are performed with adherence to the policies and procedures of the property. Your experience and skills include: Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset Prior experience working in the same capacity for at least 2 years in a 5-star property Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
