Job Descriptions

    • Answering inbound calls and Interact with customers to provide the necessary help while using service. • Liaise and coordinate with Service Provider to resolve customer issues • Interact with customers through chat and emails. • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the admin tools and ticketing system. • Perform outbound calls to follow up with customers and service providers • Conduct courtesy outbound calls to customers to ensure their satisfaction • Live Monitoring of the orders to ensure that the Service provider is following the KPIs set by the operations • All call information according to standard operating procedures • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives Skills • 1 year Experience in Customer Care and Call Center • Must be Fluent in Arabic / English, verbal & written. • High School degree • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Proper judgment and decision-making skills • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns • Ability to work under Call Center pressure without losing track of important tasks. • Must possess a professional, friendly and patient attitude and be able to quickly develop a good relation with customers over the phone. • Must have a good knowledge of the phones applications.
