Head of HRIS required for large automotive company.
The successful candidate will have strong HRIS experience and ideally a good knowledge of Oracle.
Minimum 10 years HR systems experience
Good knowledge/experience with Oracle (Hyperion would also be advantageous)
Very strong communicator, able to deal with all levels of management
Persuasive and diplomatic nature, able to negotiate with key stakeholders
Forward thinking and dynamic, able to improve current processes and suggest new initiatives
Good knowledge of the HR function
Previous experience in the GCC
