Job Descriptions

1. Visit customers on a plan with the department head and identify the right opportunities in the local market. 2. Plan and Successfully seal the business to achieve the budget for every month 3. Actively participate in strategic decision-making process within the department. 4. Have continuous engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with deals. 5. Perform regular visits customers to drive the leads/introduction. 6. Liaise with CAD /Operations dept. making sure the targets to clients are met in every case. 7. Be a productive member of the Freight Forwarding Team including the Operations team. 8. Make sure invoices are sent within 2 to 3 days of completion of the job 9. Make sure, the payments against invoices are collected on time by effective follow up before payment due date . Interpersonal Skills: • Excellent communication skills • Excellent Negotiation skills • Excellent Team Player • Total Accountability. • Strong Ethical behaviour. • Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of all 3 modes of Freight Forwarding practices Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook Languages: • Strong English written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of Arabic verbal skills, an added advantage
