Coordinating all the milestones of the accreditation process and monitoring the various departmental Action Plans associated with standards and requirements.
-Coordinating and monitoring educational offerings within the hospital as per the TQM training needs.
-Actively participating in policy drafting, development, review and update.
-Assuming a major bridging function in hospital committees (as assigned) as well as inSelf- Assessment teams.
-Assisting in delivering coaching on CQI’s and monitoring CQI project phases from onset till completion.
-Assisting in internal audits conducted by the TQM Dept team.
-Following up on proper, safe satisfactory closure of documented variances and implementation
of remedial/closure measures.
-Maintaining a function of co-ownership with all TQM team members of the departmental Balanced Scorecard (BSC), data entry, analysis and Action Plan implementation.
