• Conduct market research to find potential clients, decision makers, and their contact information. • Check daily newspapers, business magazines, directories, and relevant websites to note down all the leads from new entrants, new projects or expanding companies, and potential clients. • Call all new companies to create records with all mandatory fields in CRM. • Inform clients about Bayt.com, excite them about our services and offerings, and qualify them for the sales team. • Secure telephonic or physical meetings with potential clients. • Generate a specified monthly target of leads. • Correspond with potential clients and share relevant information as requested. • Update CRM records for all historic interaction with companies and add new contact information and missing company details. • Follow up with the sales unit regularly to check on leads created. • Carry out other relevant operational activities as requested. Skills: • Excellent communication and telephonic skills in English and Arabic • Confidence, clarity, and enunciation over the phone • Ability to conduct market research and generate leads • Ability to handle objections and deal with complaints • Ability to use MS office programs and CRM • Organization, attention to details • Persistence and persuasion • Punctuality and discipline • Process-oriented and systematic • Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing is a plus
