-The engineering team is responsible for building the e-commerce and design platform and we own the entire stack of the engineering infrastructure. As a backend developer, you will be responsible for building new features for the platform. You will be dealing with multiple sub-systems, and web services. We are looking for talented developers who can learn new things quickly and contribute at all layers of a web product. Being a startup, we move fast and constantly ship new features. If fast paced fun environments and complete ownership of web products excites you, you'll be at home. Role Responsibilities - Craft clean, manageable code along with it being modular and scalable - Designing, implementing and enhancing new components. - Maintaining engineering infrastructure - Have significant impact on current and future technology roadmap. - Contribute creatively in strategic products that will reach large audience. - Help scale our Web &mobile platform as we experience massive growth. Education & Experience: - B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer or equivalent - Object-oriented programming with Java/Python/Ruby - Strong CS fundamentals, good working knowledge of classic algorithms, data structures and Design patterns. - Experience working with Spring Boot &NoSQL Databases - Experience with Agile software development, TDD, Continuous Integration - Experience in building Web/REST services, Micro service architecture & Database Design. - Exposure to Cloud Platforms like AWS (preferred)
