Job Description: • Responsible for variety of task in Water Maintenance Service projects, including but not limited to operation and maintenance of swimming pool ,water feature and Sauna and steam room, Chiller/Heat pump/HVAC. Responsibilities: • Supervises, reviews, assigned employees, or makes effective suggestions and recommendations that are given particular weight regarding the employment status of assigned employees. • Knowledge of operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/refrigeration equipment. • Supervises the installation, repair, overhaul, and maintenance of HVAC/refrigeration systems. • Knowledge in replacing compressor and drier filter • Identifying critical equipment and system • Knowledge of Pressure test • Knowledge of refrigerant leakage test • Knowledge of vacuum process • Knowledge of new refrigerant gas charging process • Experience in Compressor and fan timers reset • Expertize in Identifying oil leak on discharge pipe • Good Knowledge in restarting the chiller/Heat Pump • Skill in applying supervisory techniques. • Skill in both verbal and written communication. Skills • Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in Swimming Pool and Water Features and industry • Well verse in MS office applications and internet.
