Develop and test new recipes for bread, donut, cookies, pastries, muffins, cakes, cup cakes, cheese cake and other related products as per the instructions.
Experiment with ingredients, flavors and techniques to create unique items.
Ensure that all baked goods are made according to recipes, quality standards and health regulations.
Monitor and keep a record of all ingredients are stocked with adequate level.
Try with new flavors, decorations, and presentations to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
Interact with customers on the sale point as and when required.
Keep the cooking area neat and clean always.
Basic Education
Communication in English Mandatory
Minimum 4 years as Bakery Chef with knowledge of the above items
