Oman Jobs is hiring for Medical Centre in Salalah, interested candidates to register and apply to (www.omanjobs.om) • Profile: Insurance Processor • No of Vacancies: 2 No Responsibilities 1. Candidate should be well aware about the insurance policy terms & conditions. 2. Processing claims as per policy T & C. 3. Follow up approval status with Insurance companies/TPA. 4. Timely update the status of claim to clinical consultant team, laboratory, and front desk. 5. Maintain monthly claims billing sheet and timely submit to insurance companies as per their required format. Data entry, proper entry of claims according to insurance companies required portal. Proper maintaining records of monthly claims documents. Billing and medicine details, Proper ICD coding. Strong customer service skills. Timely resubmission the allotted claims. Error less claim processing. 6. Aware about insurance companies updates regarding policy and terms, also inform the front desk/reception staff about new policy updation of insurance companies timely manner for effective customer services. 7. Timely coordination with Reporting Manager, related departments 8. Allocation of the payments received from Insurance companies and reconciliation of the same in internal records. 9. Checking CPT code, approval code, approval validity, card number and dates of invoices. Well aware about medical terminology. 10. Follow-up with Laboratory, Radiology, Cashier and Admission department for any pending invoices, proper claim form details. • Education: Bachelors • Other Requirements: Hands on Microsoft Excel and Insurance Processor experience will be an added advantage. • Working Hours: Morning Shift: 10 am to 1:00 pm Evening Shift: 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm Working Days: 6 Days working per week (Friday off) • Salary Details: 200 OMR + Accommodation + Air ticket every 2 years • Probation Period: 3 Months • Notice Period: 3 Months
