Job Descriptions

• The main objective of the PMC is to implement and manage the overall Development Programme, which includes Pipeline infrastructure, Compressor stations (Phase-2), Pipeline way, Required permits elements.

• The team (PMC) shall be expected to assist the client in any way possible to ensure the Development is completed to the required timescales and within their stated budgets, with a specific focus on delivering the works on site during construction phase of the elements.

• The project is expected to last for up to 2 years for the FIRST PHASE elements, with further projects carrying on (Phase-2, operational and handover).

• Cross country pipeline experience is mandatory.

• Construction Manager will be core team member of IPMT (Integrated Project Management Team) who has to manage the entire execution sequence from client’s Dubai office with occasional visit to Afghanistan.

• The entire security plan is on client’s shoulder and PMC team will also comprise of Security Manager who will assess the entire plan before sending any team member to Afghanistan. Responsibilities

• Part of a multi-functional team responsible for delivering many varied projects in accordance with the client's requirements.

• Overall construction management as part of a client team with emphasis on construction delivery, logistics and handover.
