Conceptualize and lead overall landscaping operations and developing strategic business plan and thorough study of the local market and financial opportunities. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, funders and community leaders in order to gain mutual benefits. Manage P&L, Balance sheet performance and driving overall profitability of the company. Develop operation plans, annual budgets and measuring progress on an ongoing basis. Confer with Chief Executive Officer and stakeholders to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives. Manage and direct overall project operations with the Operations Manager, Project Managers and Engineers, validating scope, schedule, and budget. Plan and manage the operations team development and resource allocation. Provide leadership and strategic direction for the development of the project. Business Development and; building new suppliers, sub-contractors and client relationships. Set goals for each department and act as a navigator or visionary to lead a team of dynamic and innovative professionals. Be responsible to secure effective management of the projects. Attract and develop talent pool and organization efficiency. Promote a friendly climate, good morale and cooperation. Create strong team spirit. Protect and promote company reputation. Ensure business processes, tools, and internal controls to support operations. Be responsible for capital investment planning and control and implement business excellence. Ensure regular communication of business performance against objectives. Assume responsibility for ensuring business compliance with company initiatives and guidelines, including quality, health and safety and accounting procedures.
