1. Ensures proper handling and delivery of sensitive products and items with authorization if necessary and deliver high standards of customer care
2. Delivers products/items safely and efficient to designated location within set timeframe
3. Communicates with customers by phone to update them by of time deliveries if there have been issues or changes to their estimated time of arrival
4. Collect payments, receipt issuance to customer and handle over the accurate amount in the end of the day for closing to operations and for accounts purposes
5. Complete logs and reports
6. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that the orders are complete, the charges are correct and the customer satisfied
