Prepares the time schedule and plan prior to start of the project. · Supervises implementation of the project construction plan as per the project management plan. · Prepares procurement plan prior to start of project. · Cost control of the site expenses (Controlling of materials, labor and overhead). · To act as a quality control and quality assurance on the site. · Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements. · Responsible for observance of safety requirements. · Resolving Technical issues. · Acts a decision-maker on the site wherein he will fix whatever problems on the site independently. · Measurement and evaluation (in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate). · Prepares record drawings, technical reports, and site diary. · Gives instruction to the foreman on the site. · Prepares weekly progress report and photos (Submission will be every Saturday). · Prepares MRS ahead of time. If requirement is urgent, indicate it on the request. · Acts as technical adviser on the site. · To be familiar on the scope of works that is included on the commercial contract to avoid scope creep. · Coordinates with the subcontractor and different activities. · Provides data in respect of variation orders and the site instructions. · Upgrades the level of the foreman under his responsibility. · Protecting the company against foreseen financial losses. · Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
