Job Descriptions

Receiving Samples You’ll ensure all physical products sent by the brands, received Via WMS (Warehouse Management system). You’ll work with Brands to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost- effectively. You’ll prepare, maintain, and review receiving files and reports. Shipping Out Samples You’ll ensure all products must be shipped out to the Brands as per the Agreed TAT through WMS. You’ll examine ingoing and outgoing shipments. You’ll track down shortage, damage and escalate to the brand if discrepancy arise. Process You’ll maintain product flow or product cycle in the studio from Receiving until shipped out. You’ll segregate and prep products as per category wise, to feed photographers demand. You’ll establish and negotiate and negotiate the delivery Schedule across brands. You’ll organize stocks and maintain inventory. You’ll inspect products for effects and damages. You’ll manage a team of helpers, scale up and down as and when required.
