Job Descriptions

The person must have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with individuals from all levels of the music industry, forging strong relationships and demonstrating excellent diplomatic skills in negotiations with musical work owners, artists, DSPs and music collection management offices. Job Responsibilities: § Improve music publishing/ neighboring rights contracts with Musical Work Owners, Music Artists, Music Composers and Music Distributors in EMEA Region. § Overseeing digital music publishing operations, reviewing publishing drafts of agreements and other music publishing documentation. § Review music publishing deals and understands restrictions, exclusivities and specific requirements related to contract legalities. § Establish, monitor and update processes and procedures to identify assets, implement and manage partnership and publishing relations. § Initiate, negotiate and close key publishing deals. § Work with internal teams including, legal, finance, reporting, business development and accounting to structure, negotiate and implement all deal terms. § Establish and maintain key relationships with the relevant music rights holders and closing deals in support of our EMEA markets.
