Job Descriptions

    1. Full commitment to working hours, adherence to formal maintenance, and attention to personal hygiene and general appearance. 2. Welcome customers when they enter through the company’s approved letter of welcome and provide them with information about products and services. 3. Answer customers ’questions, whether the customer is in the exhibition, by phone call or through direct dealing in the social media management system (Social Media). 4. Report the points that were discussed with clients during an answer to customer questions in the previous channels. 5. Responding to customer complaints in all channels and solving them in coordination with the responsible administrative staff. 6. Organizing delivery schedules and confirmation with clients and following up the availability of places for delivery. 7. Follow up on the delivery teams and communicate with the customers who have been scheduled and provide reports on the effectiveness of the commitment of the delivery team to the deadlines. 8. Follow-up reports of customer opinions during the exhibition and ensure that the sales staff fill in the data for the visitors without deficiency. 9. Prepare and follow up the visitors' report and take their numbers and the names and operations that took place with them. 10. Receive cash payments, checks, credit cards, vouchers, or any type of payment. 11. Count the cash amounts in the cash drawers at the beginning of the shift to ensure that the amounts are correct and that there are sufficient categories. 12. Ensure that the daily cash accounts are managed in an optimal manner and according to the company policy and instructions. 13. Calculate the sum of the payments received during the single shift, and count the money at the end of each shift. 14. Issue the invoice and deliver it to customers. 15. Implementing the procedures of returned and replaced goods according to the company policy and procedures. 16. Keeping the work area clean and tidy. 17. Put the purchased goods into bags or boxes, or pack them. 18. Be well informed and knowledgeable about the items of merchandise that are sold at the exhibition and cover the work of the sellers in the event of need, according to the opinion of the exhibition director or his representative
