A multi-franchise automobile company with leading brands under its fold in passenger, commercial and heavy equipment segments is looking for Passionate, Smart Fleet Sales Executives. JD:- To keep the Fleet sales manager in the loop for bulk deals to offer additional support to customers. To achieve assigned sales target & KPIs as per set objective by ensuring an agreed mix of models & types. Independently organising the day-to-day operational activities, Business Development Generating the leads through cold calls, references and networking After Sales Support, Maintaining and Updating Daily Sales Reports and Target achievement Initiating and attending external and internal meetings with clients and generate business Negotiating with corporate clients Educate, inform customers on company products, services and industry trends Prepare quotations based on customer requirement to generate sales Follow-up with customers to receive updates and feedback on the quotations offered Develop awareness about competitor’s activities, Payment collection Support Selling Skills : Ensure knowledge of what is important to fleet owners when they purchase vehicles to maintain transparency. Have a thorough knowledge of the product, SOP, credit procedures, etc. Acquire sufficient knowledge of competitors products, specifications & prices to be able to overcome customer objections & preferences. Should be able to Qualify & determine customers needs to offer the best possible product
