• Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand without any delays. • Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met • Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, to keep costs down where ever possible • Streamlines sea freight, Air freight and transportation processes • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations • Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures • Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements • Communicate with suppliers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction • Plan and track the shipment of final destination according to customer requirements • Keep logs and records of all shipments, executed orders etc. • Prepare accurate reports for upper management. • Assist in developing process and performance improvement initiatives • Monitor operational costs (maintenance/Fuel/Hire) and present data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. • Monitoring and managing vehicle GPS tracking system and generate detailed KPI reports. • Enforcing working time directive regulations amongst all staff particularly drivers, addressing all non-conformance. • Should have a previous experience in operation coordinator/ operation executive. • Should be the ideal candidate to demonstrate strong relationship with great leadership qualities. • Should have a high level of computer literacy. • The position require a self-motivated, punctual and methodical person who can demonstrate power solving skills. Qualification & Experience & Qualities: 1- Minimum 03 years Experience as a logistics operation coordinator in land transportation, sea freight and air freight industry, preference KSA experienced 2- Qualification Graduate.
