•Support all commercial activities, particularly contractual documentation •Complete post tender analysis after negotiations and adjustments •Prepare and track variation submittals •Prepare progress billing •Check bills of quantities (BOQs) against the construction drawings in order to raise claims •Assist the Projects Manager by monitoring and controlling costs •Assist in collecting and processing of additional orders from suppliers for active projects •Submit all possible variations from subcontractors and suppliers •Ensure compliance with the overall Havelock One commercial framework •Carry out any other QS functions including preparation of BOQ, BOQ management and measurement activities for interim payment •Prepare the final account and reporting against the last cost/financial report •Attend meetings related to finalization of variations and final account and project close out Desired Candidate Profile: The essential skills, experience and personal qualities required for this role are as follows: •Minimum 5 years of experience in QS •Very strong technical, execution and commercial abilities, combined with sound knowledge of the fit-out industry, particularly technical aspects relating to timber and metal shop fittings for various segments of retail and hospitality sectors •Experience in post-tender analysis and preparation of BOQs •Experience in cost management of live projects and understanding of the procurement process •Ability to carry out subcontract price analysis and settle final accounts •Excellent written and spoken English communication skills •Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment
