Thoroughly maintain cleaning & pest control operation to the required specification, as directed, using correct techniques, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
Ensure safety using correct warning signs, protective clothing, and safety equipment, and be aware of hazards to other staff and people. Compliance with Health and Safety practices of the site.
Ensure training in the use of methods, materials, and equipment, as instigated by the Operation Manager.
Distribute cleaning materials from the store as required and inform the Operation Manager if supplies are running low.
Maintain good working relationships with all staff & clients. Encourage and motivate staff to achieve high standards of work
Ensure the team is on target to achieve the project KPIs.
Escalate issues when timelines or project milestones are not going to be met.
Ensure deep Cleaning like carpet shampooing, washrooms, glasses, etc.
Any other task, as directed by the Operation Manager or Senior Staff commensurate with the role.
