*Handle the three restaurants- Manage the provision of food to Food and Beverage outlets and take action where necessary to ensure compliance
*Responsible for menu planning, purchasing, health, and safety including food hygiene procedures.
* Recruit, Manage, Train, and Develop the kitchen team
* Maintain good communication and work relationships
* Resolve, promptly and completely, any issues that may arise in the kitchen or related areas among Guests and Team Members
* Cost Control
* Coordinates menus, purchasing, staffing, and food preparation for the property's restaurant.
