1. Understand the company details before calling
- Check the Daily assigned companies list in the Sales Application, and understand the nature of the business of the company
- Start calling through the landline
- After connecting the call ask the person to connect with the HR department
- Once HR is connected then Introduce the services of Muscat Wave to the clients
- Collect the information of the person such as Name, Designation, direct contact number, and email ID then enter it on the sales app and save it
- There is a target of 150 calls to the new clients as per the registered company details on the sales app
- The calling and addressing will be based on the standard script which will be stored in the dashboard of the Sales Application
2. Editing the company details ( Mandatory for every call)
- First: It is a must to register the details of the company contacted with the details of the contact person, contact number, designation, email, website, type of service, status, company name, and last call time
- Second: Send the email to the client by using the tab button sent email on the sales app
- Third: Convey the information to the Sales Supervisor / Operations on the client’s requirements
3. Attend Project Queries
- Project-related queries over the phone will be attended to if the client is communicating in Arabic.
- Will record the client requirements on the call sheet (Project Call sheet) and then operations will take further.
- Project-related client visits will be attended by the operations and the meeting points will be recorded.
