Planning and executing project installation & commissioning as per the engineering activities. Attending site meeting and coordinating with the customer and consultant for installation and updating the site progress report. Supervising, executing and coordinating with Technicians leading to successful project completion Coordinating with the internal & external customers and sub-contractors so as to ensure site progress in accordance to site schedule/program. Controlling project costs periodically so as to sustain cost saving and improve the project gross margin. Organizing the preparation of engineering submittals and timely delivering the materials to site. Tracking the variation orders by offering system/product enhancements and upgrading a total solution to the customers. Submitting monthly progress claim for the certification and claim. Attending escalated service calls.
