1. Responsible for setting Business Development goals and achieving them in all verticals.
2.Carry out market & Business Development intelligence for Company, liaise with key Industry professionals and clients for inquiries and prospective leads, and follow up with leads in a diligent manner.
3.Setting exhibition goals, product exploration and event managements during exhibitions.
4. Oversee the preparation of a proposal, ensure proposal entails all the details such as methodology, technical inputs etc. simultaneously coordinate with the design team technical inputs.
5. Setting Marketing projection of the company and distribute the sales projection department wise OR function wise / Marketing personnel and mentor as well as get the logbook.
6. Coordinate and support in the big tenders along with SBU team if require make presentation to win the tenders.
7. Set / define and implement standard of the Marketing processes as per company norms and Marketing requirements also overseeing of its performances of divisions through MIS.
8. Research and implement the cross selling process (suggesting related or complementary products to the prospect and close customers)
9. Liaise internally with Quality & HSE whilst developing the proposals for their inputs.
10. Responsible for developing new markets and customers and ensuring required handover to SBU once the on boarding of such new entities are done.
11. Work closely with the Unit head and its Sales unit team in providing marketing information's, project information and evolving business development plans.
12. Contribute to Companies Omanization targets through the hiring and development of Omani Nationals into the workforce.
13. Responsible for setting KPIs on an annual basis considering the performance and monitor the KPI-s on a regular basis
14. Create the facilitation for divisions whenever needed for convincing customers also prepare the Marketing manuals and training of divisional Marketing Managers.
15. Need to create logbook/customers satisfactory report and monitor the process improvements.
16. Ensure continuous Human Capital improvements through business driven initiatives or as directed by the Corporate Office/Management.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. MBA will be an additional advantage.
