•Develop strategies and plans to achieve the company goals.
•Responsible for maintaining the current client’s list and staying in connection with their status
•Perform market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and competition status.
•Prepare periodic sales reports indicating sales volume and potential sales.
•Manage customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department to ensure compliance with the job contract to achieve customer satisfaction.
•Conduct sales visits to potential and active customers
•Generate new inquiries submit estimates, and quotations, and do follow-up with customers.
•Submit annual sales forecast and set targets.
•Ensure customer requirements are met accordingly by coordinating with the
Engineering & Production.
