Post Date:- 10/09/2023 Hiring !!! Job Title: Building Cleaner Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field. Education:-10th class minimum Location:- Sultanate Of Oman (Muscat) Job Role -The building cleaner is responsible for doing the cleaning jobs in the outer part and inside of the building and the premises. Job Responsibilities -Clean the Surrounding areas (guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and public rest areas swimming pools, dining areas, banquet halls, convention halls, meeting spaces, recreation areas, escalators, exercise facilities, and land Gardening). -Clean up the other spaces (Management offices, storage areas, Laundry facilities, stairwell, staff waiting area, etc.). -Clean the windows, doors, and glass areas. -Vacuum up the entrance area. -Clean the dust buildup on the exterior wall. -Clean the vehicles as per the advice by the manager. (If advised) -Wash the windows, doors, and gates outside. -Assist visitors in case of emergency outside. -Do the work on the garden area as and when required. -Provide General duties in any service area as and when advised by the immediate manager. -Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures. -Report all accidents and injuries promptly to your superior. -Attend the staff meetings as and when called for. -Other duties as and when assigned by the respective manager Skills -Ability to follow instructions. -Must know how to use the vacuum cleaner. -Detail-oriented. -Positive attitude. -Ability to work independently. -Good communication skills are an asset. -Prolonged periods of standing and walking (Based on the Nature of the duty) -Physical mobility and stamina required. -Must be able to access and navigate all premises. please share your cv at [email protected] or WhatsApp +968 78986457
