Job Role We are looking for senior IT administrator who is IT graduate or post graduate with industrial IT implementation experience with knowledge of using IOT, AI based systems and experience of Industry 3.0 or 4.0 will be added advantage. Also to lead the Information Communication Technology function and oversee continues operation and cost efficiency of system, network, database architecture and data security, in order to achieve consistency and reliability of hardware, network (WAN and LAN), software, non- systems tools, data management, digitalisation and offsite disaster recovery management. To lead the development, implement and maintenance of applications to support our strategy and enhance performance. Job Responsibilities Strategic Participate in developing the company-s strategy for using technological resources; translate and cascade strategic direction and plan and ensure the ICT strategy and plans are aligned to the overall strategy of the organization. Prepare operational plans for the ICT department to ensure that all necessary ICT tools, processes, and systems are in place to meet the requirements of the business and contribute to the achievement of short and long-term goals of the organization. Direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of all policies and procedure related to Companys ICT services to ensure that resources are used to provide best in class ICT services that are in line with organizational growth. Assure data analysis and business intelligence information to support the organization & plans and decision making; present to the CEO and BoD and other executives the benefits and risks of new ICT related projects. Budget Prepare/recommend the development of the section/department budget respectively, and monitor financial performance versus the budget to ensure alignment Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance of the department. Applications Development & Implementation Oversee the development of applications over its entire lifecycle in line with best practice SDLC methodology and ensure its implementation and maintenance over the lifecycle of applications. ICT Management Provide methods, tools, and procedures for data integrity assurance, exercise control and monitoring of corporate ICT projects progress. Plan, implement and oversee services related to user support, managing and maintaining ICT information and systems, assure internet, intranet and internal communications systems. &Performance policies, processes, practices, contemporary theories and methods taking into account international best practice-, improvement of processes, and service quality improvement.
