-Achieves the assigned task as per the set objectives, standards and timelines. -Demonstrates energy and drive to deliver to expectations, takes accountability for completing work assignments, meets commitments and deadlines and Reports on progress. -Achieves Department &Individual Sales Targets and ensures prevention of losses. -Assists the customer with their needs, demands, suggestions and complaints while applying best-selling practices. -Able to probe for customer needs and wants and to identify their specific needs. -Able to advice customer the best solution that matches their needs with the ability to increase the ATV -Knows and understands the goals set by the company for own role. -Achieves the assigned task as per the set objectives, standards and timelines. -Adheres to company policies and procedures, Thinks and acts as a team-player. -The job holder will also be responsible for maintaining the desired retail operations, customer service, replenishment, VM standards in the store in all aspects. -2 to 5 years of Experience in Furniture and Home décor industry mandatory, especially with known brands. -Fluent spoken Arabic is a must. Conversational English is desirable. -Job location is Muscat. Commission will be paid on achievements of Sales targets
