Job Description:
· Lead the Annual maintenance team comprising of 50 + employees.
· Manage, monitor and control Day to Day operation of the AMC team
· Scheduling of preventive and break down maintenance, resource allocation and manpower management.
· Providing technical support and guidance to all the field teams.
· AMC sales including generation of enquiries, quotation preparation, negotiations & job finalization.
· Generation of new sales enquiries from AMC customers.
· Handling of all commercial aspects of the AMC operations including invoicing and payment collection.
· Providing complete customer support including verbal and written communication.
· Monitoring and control of productivity and resource utilization.
Contract length: 24 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
