Job Descriptions

•Resonsible for ordering the spare parts of assigned products. (Kia and after market parts) •Responsible for the preparation of initial orders for new models as necessary: initial orders shall be prepared as per the input of the principals, workshop managers and shall be approved by the spare parts Manager. •Responsible for analyzing the daily customer urgent parts list and providing feedback to Supervisor •Responsible for providing feedback of PNA items to service centers. •Responsible for the monthly or periodic stock orders: takes the stock movement, population of users, criticality of spare parts, input from workshop managers and lead time into consideration. •Prepares emergency orders as per the instructions of the supervisor •Refers to the spare parts and model manuals and software for proper identification of part numbers and specifications. •Raises all prepared orders to the coordinator of parts supply in order to take necessary approvals. •Suggests recommendations for improving inventory turn over and reducing ordering costs in addition to stock outs.
