Job Role: • Measure meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie • Prepare meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits • Receive deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality • Take inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies • Discard all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers • Perform basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized. • Plate and present meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions Requirements • Male, 45 years and below • High school diploma or relevant • At least 1 year of experience as Commi Chef • Must be locally available in KSA • Experienced in fast-paced environment
