Job Descriptions

    The Personal Assistants will also do administrative tasks such as the following: - Creating a presentation with the content provided. - Doing research on market trends and new technologies - Managing emails and client interactions - Following up with clients - Speaking on behalf of the executive - Data entry - Email Management - Other responsibilities deemed relevant and necessary Requirements Qualifications: - Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing and social media platforms. - Excellent English, French and Spanish verbal and spoken communication skills - Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Applications) - Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) - Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills - Excellent time management skills
