- Manage the shift patterns to ensure resources are allocated in an optimum manner, taking into account current and anticipated throughput of the warehouse. - Coordinate with QA team to investigate all no conformances and Block stocks when requested - Adhere to the Safety & Quality standards within the company - Ensure Compliance and Operability of Warehouse Equipment and Machines at all times and Maintain Repairs and Maintenance Cost at acceptable level - Facilitates and Supervise and Coordinate until approval Process requirement and GRN for Warehousing Spent requirement by Creating Service PO for all Goods and Services availed - Respond to Internal customers of Routine enquiries concerning Warehouse and Logistics - Performing regular monitoring at work site to ensure continuing conformance of work force - Assists Warehouse manager in carrying out his duties and responsibilities with regards to WH. Liaise with other Department on matters related to Warehouse - Assists Warehouse manager in conducting full investigation inventory losses including Short/Excess loading. - Determines probable causes, develops, circulates and enforces appropriate permanent preventive measures - Carries out daily WH surveys to ensure only safe work methods are in operation, toolbox talks performed prior to any work, adequate welfare and first aid facilities are properly maintained, approved tools are being used and sufficient Personal Protective Equipment provided and properly worn - Reinforce proactive measures affecting Customer Service - Assist Warehouse manager in creating Cost reduction program in Warehousing aspect Experience Required: - Minimum 3 years work experience as warehouse assistant within an FMCG company - Must have SAP/Oracle knowledge - Must be strong in Excel - Must be flexible with working shift work and 6-day weeks - Must have knowledge on WCM/TPM standards - Preferred knowledge about customs/shipping documents & regulatory affairs. - Preferred a forklift driving license
