- Organize a notary signing between the clients and the sponsors and obtain the required documents as per the company standard and procedure
- Diligently follows-up with the operations team, official approvals, timelines
- Format the SOPs, forms, work instructions based on the company standard
- Collects information and provides regular updates regarding standard operating procedures, rules and
- regulations and any other new information that can impact company operations
- Ensure that all action points are delivered as per the agreed timelines and report this to the Head of Operations
- Handle requests and queries appropriately from Operations managers and sales team
Requireme
- Open to ANY nationality preferably Native English Speakers
- Male/Female, 38 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in operations involving ADGM /DIFC licensing
- Excellent written and oral and communication skills in English
