Job Role:
• Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents
• Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments
• In charge of time keeping, attendance, and payroll
• Additional receptionist duties when necessary
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 3 years relevant UAE experience in the construction, building materials, interiors, fit out and joinery companies
• Must be presentable, speaks well, and organized
• Should be willing to come to work every Saturday and be assigned in Dubai Technopark
