* Work closely with all functions and business heads across the organisation to provide analytical and reporting solutions. * Establish intuitive reporting methodologies, perform ad-hoc analysis as required to support strategy and analyze company performance. * Promote effective analysis and the ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve the problems in the best interest of the business. * Knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business. * Experience working with internationally based senor management across the business in promoting data literacy. Requirements * Degree educated in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field. * 7 years' experience with at least 4 years in Business Intelligence or Analytics space in the region. * Strong track record of successful stakeholder management - must have experience in building and promoting a data-driven environment. * Must have experience working within a tech-driven environment with experience in tools such as Tableau and Qlik Sense.
