Job Role: • Meet and greet customers and accompany them to reserved seats • Work well with customers and other crew members • Multitask, think and suggest meals in order to satisfy customer experience • Provide guests with menus and answering any initial questions • Answer phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions Requirements • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Hostess • Strong listening, presentation and social skills • Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time • Customer-oriented approach; outgoing and friendly personality • Willing to work minimum of 8 hours per day and 6 days a week • Excellent English communication skills
