• Monitoring overall functioning of operations by identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level • Ensuring smooth operations at all times and maintaining proper decorum & discipline by implementing and modifying the policies; ascertaining the administration of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) • Liaising with top management for evolving strategic vision, driving change, infusing new ideas and taking business performance and productivity to the next level • Troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical problems, Housekeeping, Safety & Insulation, maintenance cost analysis and control, Spares Inventory, Erection, and installation of Machinery • Well versed in Industrial Electrical/Wiring and Plumbing works and servicing knowledge of Motors & Pumps • Experience in Water Treatment Equipment such as Multimedia Filtration, UV Treatment, RO Process, Ozone Treatment, Bromide, etc • 25 years old and above • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in the same role, preferably from the same industry • Should have technical experience with SIDEL or Kronos Machinery or any other related beverage manufacturing machineries • Excellent communication skills
