The candidate is expected to have the following competencies:
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organize and accurate person
• Excellent working knowledge of MS office applications word and excel
• Strong communication skills in English
• Time Management skills
• Initiative and ability to think and resolve issues
• Knowledgeable in Real Estate laws, rules and regulations
• Can work under minimum supervision
• Passion to learn
• Experience in Property management preferred but not mandatory
Requirements
The successful candidate will be fluent in English, other languages are a plus point with a strong sales background preferably in Real Estate.
