No day will ever be the same and tasks will include, managing all the client's coordination and associated logistics, multiple diary management, personal shopping, research, project coordination, travel management (private and commercial aviation), coordination of household staff and any new staff requirements, business support to the corporate management team, actively provide financial updates and evaluation of policies and procedures. Requirements Candidates MUST be degree educated from a UK / US University and must have worked for at least two HNW client offices. Due to the engagement globally the client have, only native English speakers will be considered for this role. We are seeking someone who has had line management, Chief of Staff responsibility and who can switch easily between the facets of very personal and private to a corporate situation, always maintaining professionalism and discretion. Attention to detail is paramount and candidates will be able to look at the minutiae details through to the bigger picture in all areas. Additionally, you will be an active individual, who will have displayed an interest in volunteering and / or fundraising in the past.
