Job Role: - Liaise with Direct manager / architects / Landlords and engineers to gather all Design requirements - As well as design and create 2D & 3D computer models of shops, buildings, and machine parts from blueprints or from scratch - Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials - Describe production methods step-by-step in detailed drawings - Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software - Design layouts, detailed drawings and create full specifications and BOQs to illustrate workflow - Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality - Review, negotiate and recommend for approval/disapproval on design Requirements: - Open to Filipino nationals - Male, 38 years old and below - Bachelor's degree in Architecture - Minimum 1 year of project management experience - Strong ability to work on 2D & 3D - Proven experience in project management - Extensive analytical skill and must be a team player and able to work with multi-national team - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
