Job Role:
- Develop store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Requirements:
- Open to Arabic and Asian nationals
- 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business management or accounting courses
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a store manager specifically from FMCG industries
- Experience from companies handling frozen goods/products is an added advantage
- Strong customer management and organizational skills
