PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Under supervision and assisted as required, Grounds & Gardens Assistant’s shall conduct assigned work related to soft and hard landscape across the Garden & Grounds of the entire Estate; including cutting, trimming and pruning of grass, trees, bushes and plants. • Be fully aware of all Garden and Landscape related matters of the Hospital including the safe utilization and correct operation of motorized and hand equipment or vehicles in the execution of the services. • Undertake garden and landscape maintenance, repair, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates for the upkeep and replacement including irrigation and fertilization of grass, trees, plants and bushes Requirements EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 3 years experience with knowledge in landscape architecture or maintenance being a distinct advantage. EDUCATION REQIREMENTS • Notable school achievement and certificates or other related professional achievement being necessary.
