• Monitor the planned work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals based on Factory Manager instructions
• Oversee job and make sure it runs smoothly and report accordingly to the Factory Manager’s instructions
• Responsible for getting jobs completed on time in coordination with Moulds & Fabrication Foreman
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any related Engineering course
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Experience from a GRC (glassfibre reinforced concrete) and precast concrete company in the UAE is a must
