Job Descriptions

- Listen to patients and respond to their concerns - Administer medication as prescribed by the patients Physician - Provide palliative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable - Performs evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review - Monitors patient recovery and compile reports for the attending Physician - Assess patient’s condition during every visit and chart every observations - Coordinate with Therapists or Physicians and anyone involved in the patients care plan - Educate patients and their families on proper home healthcare strategies and procedures - Provide suggestions to the Physician or family members to improve the health of the patient Requirements Requirements: - Open to Indian, Filipino and Indonesian nationals
