First point of contact with employees and direct to appropriate departments. Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data. Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets. Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation. Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing employees. Liaise with insurance companies for policy renewals and medical claims. Should be able to manage independently and effectively all HR policies and procedures as per the requirements of the company. Requirements We are urgently looking for a male HR Coordinator - Indian or Pakistani who can join immediately preferably on Visit or Cancelled visa with excellent administrative and communication skills. Applicant is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred with two years of U.A.E experience in same field.
