The major responsibilities of this role will be to support and develop the overall accounting policies and procedures, day to day accounting, and reports and analysis concerning annual budgets, financial statements and P&L. The Accounts Manager will also take on the daily payroll operations and ensure that liaison with all relevant departments such as HR, Supply Chain and Technical divisions remain effective to develop smooth processes throughout. The successful candidate will also manage relationships with all external bodies including regulatory and governmental organisations and external auditors on a regional and global scale. Requirements An exceptionally stable organisation based in Sharjah, this role will encompass all aspects of finance and its associated day to day operations, alongside project based finance where feasibility studies, budgetary projections and monitoring will be applicable. To be successful in this role our client is seeking those with the afore mentioned financial education and acumen, in addition to being an exceptionally engaging and motivated individual in order to motivate and further develop the team. This is a very hands on role and it is expected that the most suitable candidate will have both the financial capabilities required and a flexible and hardworking approach at all times.
