Serve as the Point of Contact for PCPs • In charge for the processing of the following: employment visa, change status, Visa Stamping, Cancellation, pre-approval, attestation request process, NOC, MOA/OA, license renewal including amendment process, and formation cancellation processing • Update company application processing sheet such as renewal, formation cancellation, MOA, OA, pre-approval, NOC, and priority application) • In charge of releasing of E-visa, change of status, NOC, attested documents and letters in Onbase • External releasing of residence visa, cancellation, formation cancellation and immigration card (new and amendment) • Import Zoho Concierge Opportunity daily and updating company details in Zoho CRM
